God considers the faith of Christians today more remarkable than the faith of those who saw and heard Jesus in person, before or after His resurrection. Believers now, although they have never seen Him, love Him and yield their lives to Him. According to Jesus, there is a special blessing for “those who have not seen and yet have believed” (John 20:29). As we live by faith, we receive a special joy as God’s gift to us (Psalms 16:11; John 16:24; Romans 15:13; Galatians 5:22).
