(KJV) Exodus 3:7
And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;
SEEN THE MISERY OF MY PEOPLE / EXODUS 3:7
Just as God was concerned about the misery of His people in Egypt, He continues to be aware of all human suffering. He hears the cries of those who are troubled and hurting. He sees when other people take advantage of them. God’s people can and should call on him to mercifully intervene, or bring the help of His presence, into their situations. Regardless of the source of trouble – circumstances, people, Satan, sin – God’s comfort, grace and help are more than enough to meet all our needs (Romans 8:32). In God’s time, He will rescue us (Genesis 15:13).
